Gift Manager offers a simple, intuitive and beautifully designed user interface for the management of events, people and gifts. Gift Manager removes the need for those scraps of paper and post-it notes that list ideas for birthday presents or Christmas gift requests, and places all that information, at your finger tips, organised in one perfectly suited application.
With Gift Manager you can enter an unlimited number of events, people and gifts. Completed events appear in a separate section on the main screen and remain there until you delete them (ideal for remembering what you bought someone the previous year!).

The people list provides a per-person breakdown of the total number of gifts to be purchased, the number of gifts still outstanding and the total spend.
A persons total spend will be highlighted in red if their budget has been exceeded, allowing you to easily identify excessive spending. [More]
If you choose to add a due date for an event, you can keep track of when an event is approaching. When combined with the notification period, events that are within that period or are overdue have a red warning message highlighted below the event name.
Event due dates are displayed on the main event list in either date format or the number of days until the event.
Enter the gift name, its price and which store it can be purchased from. Further details can be entered in the notes section. A picture can be taken either using the iPhone’s built in camera or by selecting an existing image from the Photo application. [More]
Gifts can be reordered so that you can place those must have gifts at the top of the list. Gifts can be copied/moved to another event or person by tapping and holding.
Gift Manager uses your international location settings so all gift prices will appear in your local currency.
Both the event and people list can be configured to show gift counts. These counts are the total number of gifts and/or the total number of incomplete gifts. A gift is considered to be incomplete when it does not meet the gift states that you have chosen in the application settings.
The application badge icon can be configured to display the total count of incomplete gifts on all active events.
When there are no longer any incomplete gifts, the whole event is marked as complete and moved into a different section on the main event list.
Gift Manager features a simple, but incredibly useful, filtering mechanism. When viewing gifts for a single person or all gifts for an event, tapping the filter icon displays a gift filter from which you can toggle between displaying all gifts, outstanding gifts or complete gifts.
Budgets allow you to easily keep track of how much you are spending.
The budget feature shows spending progress per event and per person. The colour of the progress bar changes from green to orange when you are within 75% of your budgeted amount and then to red if it has been exceeded. [More]
Gift Manager has an "In-App" e-mail facility which allows you to email the information you have saved for a persons gifts, or all the gifts for an entire event. When combined with the gift filtering mechanism, you can email gift lists that contain only the information you are interested in (ideal if you need to send someone a list of outstanding gifts to buy).
Gift Manager features an optional 4 digit password protection system to prevent your important gift lists falling into the hands of inquisitive relatives which would spoil their Christmas or Birthday surprise.
